Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as sizing preferences or change of mind.
However, we stand fully behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect we will make it right.
What We Cover
What Is and Is Not Eligible
Defective items — print errors, manufacturing defects, or damaged goods will be replaced.
Incorrect items — if you received the wrong product, size, or color we will send the correct one.
Size exchanges — because items are made to order we cannot accept exchanges for sizing preferences.
Custom items — fully customized or personalized orders are not returnable unless defective.
Change of mind — we are unable to process returns or refunds for buyer preference changes after production has begun.

If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if possible.
